SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All retail shipping is conducting using the United States Postal Service or UPS and is calculated based on the weight of items and the destination location. You will choose First Class, Priority, or Priority Express shipping during checkout. Handling times are 1-3 business days, but we know how exciting it is to get these special items, so we try to have your items to the USPS or UPS as quickly as possible.
For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. Please see the Terms & Conditions for more information.
